PathPoint - Incorporated in 1964 as a nonprofit organization in Santa Barbara to provide services to people who require special assistance. Today, PathPoint is a leader in providing employment, day programs, and residential support services. Through person-centered planning and individual service delivery, it serve:
- people with physical disabilities (traumatic brain injury, quadriplegia, stroke, etc.)
- people with cognitive disabilities (intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, and autism)
- people with mental illness (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression)people with economic disadvantages (low-income seniors and at-risk youth)
- PathPoint provides employment services, residential programs and community access programs for low-income people with special needs.

CPAD Orange County Chapter - Parent Support Meeting
In-Home Supportive Services
Time: November 17, 2012, Saturday, 2 to 4 pm
Location: OCAAC - 225 W. Carl Karcher Way, Anaheim, CA 92801
Speaker, Jacqueline Miller of Disability Rights California, will be discussing eligibility, application process, what a needs assessment is and how to prepare for one. She will also show us the forms for the doctors to fill out, types of services, protective supervision, who can be a provider, time sheets, due process (appeal rights), and preparing for hearing.
