Free Workshop on Assistive and Augmentative Communication
The SCDD L.A. Office in collaboration with OPARC, Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare and San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center will be sponsoring a FREE training on Assistive and Alternative Augmentative Communication (AT/AAC) on Monday, July 17 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at San Gabriel/Pomona Regional Center, Assembly Rooms A & B, 75 Rancho Camino Drive, Pomona CA 91766. The training will cover the different components of AT/AAC and how they can help address the challenges and issues relating to communication facing people with developmental disabilities.
