When families and school districts disagree on placements or educational services for a child with disabilities,due process may be a last resort in resolving the dispute. This seminar is an opportunity to demystify what due process is and how it works; learn common mistakes for families to avoid; and gain insight into how judges decide outcomes. This workshop is free of charge.
